Terms of use

These terms are an agreement between you, the business that installs Vouchnote on its Wix site, and Solimark LLC, which makes Vouchnote. By installing the app you agree to them. Our privacy policy explains what we store and for how long, and it is part of these terms.

What Vouchnote does

After a client's appointment ends, a set number of days after a member buys a plan, or after an event you have turned on requests for, Vouchnote emails the client on your behalf and asks for a testimonial. The client writes it on a form we host. You approve or hide each testimonial, and the widget on your site shows the ones you approve. Vouchnote only acts on bookings made through Wix Bookings, plans sold through Wix Pricing Plans and events run through Wix Events, and it cannot edit the pages you built in the Wix Editor.

What you agree to

You will use Vouchnote only to ask your own clients about services they booked with you. You will not import testimonials you did not receive, and you confirm that each testimonial you import came from a real client. You will not change what a client wrote; you can show it or hide it. You will not offer a client a reward for a testimonial or for a review on another site.

You are responsible for the business details you give us, including the postal address that appears in every request email and the Google review link we show clients after they submit. You will not use Vouchnote if your business is in an industry the app blocks at setup, such as medical, dental, mental health, legal or adult services.

Sending limits

All businesses on Vouchnote share one sending service, so we limit how each business sends. Each business can send up to 100 requests a day; requests over that wait until the next day. If too many of your requests bounce or are marked as spam, we pause your sending and your dashboard says so. Only we can resume it, after we have looked at what happened. We may also pause sending if we see it being used against these terms.

Testimonials

A client who submits a testimonial gives you permission to show it on your site while it is approved. The client can edit or withdraw it at any time, and a withdrawn testimonial disappears from your widget. You can hide any testimonial from your dashboard at any time. We do not show your testimonials anywhere except your own site, and we do not use them to promote Vouchnote.

Plans and billing

Vouchnote has a Free plan and a paid Pro plan. Wix bills the Pro plan, handles any tax, and handles refunds and cancellations under its own terms. The price and the limits of each plan are shown on the Wix App Market listing. If you move from Pro to Free, the Pro features stop and your testimonials stay.

Removing the app

You can uninstall Vouchnote from your Wix dashboard at any time. Seven days after you uninstall, we delete your testimonials, your requests and your clients' details, as the privacy policy describes. If you reinstall within those seven days, nothing is deleted. Testimonials you copied onto your own pages are yours to keep or remove.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Vouchnote running, but we do not promise that it will always be available or free of errors. Wix can change or stop the features Vouchnote depends on, and if that happens some of the app may stop working. We may change these terms. If a change affects you, we email the owner address Wix gives us at least 30 days before it applies, and you can uninstall if you do not accept it.

Liability

Vouchnote is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, Solimark LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost bookings or lost profits, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us for Vouchnote in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending the agreement

You can end this agreement by uninstalling the app. We can end it, or suspend your account, if you break these terms. Unless the breach is serious, we will email you first and give you a chance to fix it.
