Why we made it

A business that takes appointments hears a lot from its clients in person, and very little of it gets written down. Asking takes a minute you don't have between clients. Copying a reply onto your site takes another, so the testimonials page that went up with the site often stays the way it was on launch day.

When we looked at 70 testimonial pages on Wix sites with free wixsite.com addresses in October 2026, 43 were plain text boxes placed on the page by hand. We took one page per site, found through Common Crawl, and fetched each one on 2026-10-23. On a page like that, every new testimonial waits for someone to paste it in, and our guide on adding new testimonials to the page you already have covers the ways to do it.

We built Vouchnote for Wix because Wix Bookings already knows when an appointment ends, so a request can go out a couple of hours later without you doing anything. The app does the asking and puts the words on your page, and you still decide what shows. It works only on Wix and only for US businesses for now.

Free costs nothing and has no end date. We're paid when a business moves to Pro, and Wix bills for it. The pricing page has the figures. We don't sell or rent your data or your clients' details, and we don't share them with advertisers, as the privacy policy says.
