Testimonials from members who buy your plans

If you sell plans through Wix Pricing Plans, Vouchnote can email a member once per plan, 30 days after they buy it by default, and ask for a few words. It asks only while the plan is active, skips free plans unless you turn them on, and nothing shows until you approve it.

When a member is asked

• A member is asked once per plan, 30 days after buying it by default. You can set anywhere from 7 to 90 days in setup.
• Vouchnote checks that the plan is still active just before it sends, and a member whose plan has ended isn't asked.
• Free plans are skipped unless you tick "Also ask members on free plans" in setup.
• You can tick any plan you don't want to ask about, and its members aren't asked.
• When the plans trigger is on, a booking paid with a plan isn't asked. The member is asked once after buying the plan instead, unless the plan is free or one you skipped, or was bought before you installed and you didn't ask recent clients.
• The email goes out between 9am and 7pm in your time zone. A member is asked at most once every 90 days, and never again after they write a testimonial or unsubscribe.

You can turn plan requests off in setup at any time.

Members who joined before you installed

Setup has an optional "Ask recent clients" button that works once. If plan requests are on, it covers plans bought in the last 12 months that are still active. On Free those requests count toward the 20 for the month, so one press can use all of them. Requests past the 20 are held for 14 days and sent if you move to Pro in that time, and otherwise they aren't sent.

Putting the testimonials on your plans page

You place the Vouchnote widget on your plans page yourself in the Wix Editor, because Wix gives apps no place of their own on that page. The widget shows the newest 12 testimonials you approve, laid out to fit how many there are.

If your plans page has no testimonials yet

People deciding whether to join can't see what your members think, and asking each new member by hand is easy to forget. Vouchnote asks each member once, after they've had time to use the plan, and the words you approve sit next to your plans.

If you already have testimonials on your site

Vouchnote can read your own published site and import up to 50 testimonials it finds there. You can shorten one but not add to it, and imported ones show straight away. You remove the old section in the Wix Editor yourself, because an app can't edit the pages you built.

What it costs

Free sends up to 20 requests a month across bookings, plans and events. Pro has no monthly limit on requests, for $29 a month or $290 a year, and Wix bills you. The pricing page lists what each plan includes.

Vouchnote also asks after Wix Bookings appointments, as the home page explains, and after ticketed Wix Events.
