Testimonials from your event guests
If you run ticketed events through Wix Events, Vouchnote can email each ticket holder 2 hours after the event ends and ask for a few words. Nothing goes out until you turn it on in setup, guests who RSVP or hold a free ticket are skipped unless you choose otherwise, and you approve each reply before it shows.
This opens Vouchnote's page in the Wix App Market, where you install it.

When guests are asked
- Requests after events are off until you tick "Ask guests for a testimonial after each event" in setup and save.
- Ticket holders are asked 2 hours after the event ends by default, and you can set up to 30 days. The email goes out between 9am and 7pm in your time zone.
- Each guest is asked once per event, even if they bought several tickets.
- Guests who RSVP and guests with free tickets aren't asked unless you turn that on.
- If the event is cancelled, nobody is asked.
- A guest is asked at most once every 90 days, and never again after they write a testimonial or unsubscribe.
What the email says
Vouchnote can't tell who attended, so the email thanks guests for signing up and asks how the event went, in their own words. A guest who didn't come can ignore it.
Large events on Free
On Free, one event can use all 20 of the month's requests. Your dashboard shows how many guests of each event will be asked and when, with a "Don't ask them" button if you'd rather they weren't. Requests past the 20 are held for 14 days and sent if you move to Pro in that time, and otherwise they aren't sent. We email you when an event's guests weren't asked.
Events that ended before you installed
Setup has an optional "Ask recent clients" button that works once. If event requests are on, it covers events that ended in the last 30 days. On Free those requests count toward the 20 for the month, so one press can use all of them.
Showing the testimonials
You place the Vouchnote widget where you want it in the Wix Editor, for example on the page that lists your next events. The widget shows the newest 12 testimonials you approve, laid out to fit how many there are.
If your event pages have no testimonials yet
People choosing whether to buy a ticket can't see what past guests thought, and writing to every guest after a busy night rarely happens. Vouchnote sends the ask for you, and the words you approve can sit next to your next event.
If you'd rather ask by hand first, our guide on how to ask clients for a testimonial after a booking has wording you can adapt for guests.
If you already have testimonials on your site
Vouchnote can read your own published site and import up to 50 testimonials it finds there. You can shorten one but not add to it, and imported ones show straight away. You remove the old section in the Wix Editor yourself, because an app can't edit the pages you built.
Our guide on adding new testimonials to the page you already have compares this with Wix's own strips and repeaters.
What it costs
Free sends up to 20 requests a month across bookings, plans and events. Pro has no monthly limit on requests, for $29 a month or $290 a year, and Wix bills you. The pricing page lists what each plan includes.
Vouchnote also asks after Wix Bookings appointments, as the home page explains, and after Wix Pricing Plans purchases.
The event rules on this page were checked against the app's setup screen, dashboard and sending code on 3 November 2026. Solimark LLC re-checks them when the app changes.
Ask your guests
Free sends up to 20 requests a month, and nothing shows on your site until you approve it.
